Team Aguilar is proud to announce our newest team member, Rafael A. Perez. We will be partnering with Rafael in his re-launch of theHomeMap, in his pursuit to serve and educate those in San Diego seeking to buy or sell real estate.

Rafael brings his 10 years of experience to our team, as well a vast range of leadership experience. Rafael has previously served as NAHREP San Diego Chapter President (National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals) and currently serves on their San Diego Chapter board of Directors. Rafael is also involved with the Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors as a member of their Government Affairs Committee.

Rafael Perez has volunteered with several non-profits including college prep programs and Nu Alpha Kappa Fraternity, where he served as the NAK National President working with leadership at over 20 chapters, primarily composed of first generation college students in the states of California, Colorado and Nevada. Rafael's civic involvement, includes his service as a Commissioner on the City of San Diego’s Citizen's Equal Opportunity Commission.

Rafael Perez is also Adjunct Faculty at Cuyamaca College where he is teaching the Real Estate Principles course this fall and is looking forward to inspiring the next generation of real estate professionals. As an instructor, Rafael brings his real world real estate experience into the classroom as a Full Time Realtor.

Rafael Perez is a proud Alumni of San Diego State University and has resided in the City of San Diego since 1999. He currently lives in the East Village with his wife Sharina and their dog Sake.
