[b]Choudhry Muzaffar[/b] is a Chartered Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors MRICS completing the RICS adaptation Coursework at the College of Estate Management (CEM). He values his membership with the RICS, and believes that becoming a member of this well-known professional body for qualifications and standards in land, property, construction, and infrastructure; provides one with exposure on global level.

This year, RICS held the annual Summit of Americas in [b]Choudhry Muzaffar[/b]’s hometown Chicago. It comprised of three days full of learning and networking of everything related to the real estate sector. The event was attended by Choudhry and several members of RICS like him who traveled from different parts of the world to visit Chicago and be a part of it.

[b]About Choudhry Z Muzaffar[/b]

[b]Choudhry Z Muzaffar[/b] has more than 15 years of experience within business and global real estate markets. He is the founder and the managing director of The Uptown Group. Over the course of his career, he worked on the sell side, buy side, and development of real estate. Choudhry specializes in development advisory, transactional due diligence, asset management, valuation advisory, value creation, and operator selection & negotiations. He is an alumnus of the University of Illinois at Urbana college of LAS majoring in Economics (2000), a licensed broker in the State of IL, a member of ULI and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He also holds a Hotel Asset Management Certificate from the Cornell University. He is married to Sana Muzaffar and is a proud father of four. During his free time, Choudhry enjoys reading about different subject matters and participating in and coaching basketball.
