Heroes are classified as active and retired Military, Law Enforcement, Firefighters, Teachers and Healthcare Professionals.

Homes for Heroes is a national program that started after the events of 9-11. The program has realtor and lender affiliates that give discounts to heroes when they are buying and selling a home. CC Underwood has been an affiliate since 2013 and every hero that buys and sells a home with her team receives a rebate of 25% of the gross commission. "I was excited to see just how much we were able to give back this past year". For a buyer this means that 25% of the commission goes towards their closing costs. For a home seller this means more profit. There is no cap on the rebate amount, no cap on the purchase price, and no cap on the number of times used.

"It's our way to give back to the heroes who give to us everyday". CC Underwood and the Sellin' With CC Team have a goal to give $100,000 back to heroes in 2015 and have partnered with Bank of England to help home buyers to increase the rebates given.
