Recently, Elstar qualified for one of the significant certifications electronic and electrical products undergo, Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS). They are a certification requiring qualification for CE Marking which Elstar also passed. When a company catering electronic and electrical products pass the RoHS, it is tested and certified to be free from the six hazardous chemicals.

These chemicals include cadmium, lead, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls, and polybrominated diphenyl ethers. Elstar is tested and proven to be free from all these chemicals commonly found in electronics and electrical products’ composition. There is a restriction when it comes to chemical incorporation when it comes to manufacturing their products. The maximum level of content should only be below 1000 parts per million.

Elstar passed the compliance of RoHS together with WEEE (Waste from Electrical and Electronic Equipment). They ensured that even at disposal, the waste products free the environment from harm and contamination. Elstar believes that their products remain as their responsibility up until they’re disposed. The Process of LED Lights Manufacturing

LED Wafers Fixing

Wire Bonding
These supreme LED lights utilize industrial gold as a conductor. This conductor is ensured to be 99.9999% gold for they have a lifespan and undeniable resistance from rust. They are the perfect conductor for gold ensures strength and longer connection lifespan.

LEDs Sorting
Using a spectrophotometer, all LEDs produces are sorted by their voltage, current, and color. The beads of the same specification will automatically be connected with another forming a strip light.

Vacuum Packaging
The packaging material ensures the product to be free from water vapor and dust during storage. All products are sealed in a vacuum bag to maintain its condition and stability during storage and when it is time for delivery.
