Traditional Indian style:

Commonly known as the Nivi style, this is the simplest style of draping a saree. It is further categorized as - modern Nivi and Kacchanivi. In the modern Nivi style, the drape is kept simple and the palla is pinned to the shoulder. On the other hand, the Kacchanivi style involves the pleats to pass through the legs and tucked into the back of the waist.

Lehenga style:

Occasions such as weddings or festival parties leave you confused. You just can't decide between a lehenga or a saree. Well, lehenga saree is a solution to this problem. You can easily manage to drape a lehenga sari and spice up your looks.

Retro style:

Retro style or "Mumtaz" style sarees became popular after the popular Bollywood actress introduced it in the 70's era. This style involves draping the saree tightly around the lower body many times. You can opt for this style when you want to highlight your figure. In Retro style, the saree is actually draped in a wraparound style without the basic pleats.

Mermaid style:

This style should be opted for when you do not want to end up looking up a little too healthy. This style has no pleats in front which makes the front of the saree look more like a skirt, thus flattening you a little. It makes your body look slimmer and proportioned in a better manner.

Dhoti style:

This Indo-western style of draping a saree is a huge favorite among the ladies today. All you need is an attractive blouse & a pair of Lycra tights to hold the drape. This style gives you that perfect traditional yet western look.
