Colin has more than 18 years of experience in risk management, analytics, operations, and programme management. He has held senior roles in telecommunications, banking & finance, and recruitment/manpower resourcing.

About Colin Tan
Colin joined Organisation Solutions on 1st February 2021 as Vice President of Programmes and Operations. He has spent the last 13 years in the UK across various industries, leading various global teams in end-to-end strategic business transformation. Colin will be responsible for the development and launch of Produgie. He will also oversee the building of operational capabilities of the Produgie team to deliver world-class customer experience to our customers.

Colin holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Science from the National University of Singapore and an EMBA from the Warwick Business School.
