The Pet Preform Mould solution provider Jilian Plastic has developed a new technology for the production of heat-resistant bottles.
Traditionally, PET bottles for hot filling have been produced at 120 / 140 °C by a heat-resistant stretch blow molding process, which is usually achieved by a hot oil circuit.
Jilian Molding Blower prevents the danger of oil leakage, such as operator slippage and product contamination, by replacing the mold that heats the PET bottle with electricity.
The probes are located directly in each form to adjust the temperature as close as possible to the PET bottle when the PET bottle is formed.

This process is responsive and heats up three times faster than oil, accurately providing the correct temperature for the first bottles.
This results in a uniform blow molding process between the blow molding stations, ensuring high bottle quality and consistent performance in the hands of the consumer, even with a yield of 2000 bottles per mold per hour.
Blower can also save up to 45% of energy.
