She has built herself from scratch, coming from a long line of hairdressers, she switched from a natural science degree to pursue her education at the Paul Mitchell Academy in Sacramento.

The experience Nakia has accumulated over the short span of her career proves her excellence as a hair artist and stylist.

Trained and mentored by the legendary Kimberly Kimble, she’s now offering her services independently in L.A.

Boasting a more than impressive portfolio, providing hair styling and cutting services to major entertainers, including editorial and video shoots, she’s expanding her clientele and extending her expertise across town.

Nakia Rachon also works as a beauty educator, offering lessons and courses to other budding hair and beauty artists, sharing tips and advice through her online platforms, including her blog.

She has truly taken L.A. by storm through her beauty services and continues to grow her business and build a name in the industry. Her talent is not unnoticed, being credited for notable looks and treated as a hair expert, she has made appearances on several beauty blogs, podcasts, videos, and more, collaborating with other artists in the industry.
