What do you know about the "Man-Power-Freedom" triad?

Open dialogue with the goverment. Is this possible in the modern world, particularly in Russia?

Does the leadership of the country believe in its people? Does it trust its people? These questions are asked by millions of Russian citizens who do not agree with the current political course of Russia. These people want to live in their own country. Unfortunately, however, are forced to leave. Since so-called modern Russian opposition’s representatives, or in other words suspecious individuals to the authorities, are subjected to political persecution. And there, beyond the borders of their native lands, they are rooting for Russia. And together with those who have remained in the country, they make every effort to change the state of affairs. On the way to the best changes in Russia, they are ready to dedicate their lives.. Nemtsov, Navalny, Gudkov, Yashin, Yanchuk ... The list can be continued indefinitely. Such people do not need a fight with the authorities. They do not need to change one leader to another. They need thoughtful communication and cooperation with the acting authorities. They want to ensure that the government respects its people, its opinion, its right, its freedom. They want the leadership to hear their citizens. Precisely this idea Gennady Burbulis, the so-called "gray cardinal" of Yeltsin's epoch, tries to bring to the ears of the current government.

Burbulis was considered one of the most influential people in the first Russian Federation President’s surroundings. Unlikely, in the early nineties Burbulis combined the posts of the State Secretary of Russia and the First Deputy Chairman of the Russian Government. So much power was concentrated in his hands that he was credited with the initiative of the Belovezhsky agreements on the USSR disintegration and even the authorship of the very fact of the Yeltsin presidency. Worth to say that Burbulis, even upon leaving such high government posts, to this day continues to defend the interests of Russia. With the colossal political activity luggage , he serves as an example and a real encyclopedia of how a modern individual can live with dignity and harmony in his native country, regardless of the political mood of the ruling elite. Gennady Eduardovich openly says that in today's world no global problem can be solved without cultural dialogue and mutual understanding between people and the goverment. This idea is leading in the new scientific discipline - politosophy. International University in Moscow has opened a separate department of politosophy, which is headed by Gennady Eduardovich Burbulis.

With all that said, Mikhail Yanchuk as an example of the great influence of Gennady Burbulis, being on the formation of an integral and purposeful personality, is able to think pragmatically, is an open person, true to the principles of conscience and freedom, is able to strive for dialogue and peace. Not only the family, the example of respected parents, the prestigious education, but also a personal acquaintance with the only Soviet State Secretary of the RSFSR, frequent meetings and conversations with the Russian governer, his valuable advices, all of it contributed to Yanchuk’s formation of a certain type of thinking, approach to business, and the correct image of the leader. We can say that Yanchuk is a graduate of the Burbulis ‘opposition school. Mikhail Yanchuk fully shares Burbulis’s political views and his famous "Man-Power-Freedom" triad, where in the government management these three concepts serve as a basis, three whales.
Today, the tendency of asserting our rights actively spread among the citizens of modern Russia suggests that people are tired and want change. They want to live in better conditions. They want to be proud of their country. And we can only hope that the current government will have time to stop and hear the appeal of its citizens. And will start an open dialogue.
