Michael Sved has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. He has worked on behalf of sellers, buyers and in the development of real estate for many leading real estate agencies in the United States.
At present, Michael is the CEO of his own real estate venture setup in North Carolina. It is a global cost and project management firm with 24 offices in the US and 5 international offshore offices.

Michael is responsible for setting up introductory meetings with California’s largest Architectural firms, top 3 engineering firms, local and regional developers. He pitched service line offerings including cost estimating, project management and third-party lender services. He also developed target lists pursuits within Hospitality, Education, Healthcare and Commercial Development sectors.

Michael specializes in development advisory, transactional due diligence, asset management, valuation advisory, value creation, and operator selection & negotiations.
