Microtek Infrastructures, a part and realty firm of Action Group is going to invest about Rs. 500 crore in the development of a Gurgaon Housing Project.

Microtek Infrastructure is a similar joint venture between Okaya Power and Action Group. For the construction of the Gurgaon Housing Project spread over 14.6 acres, this joint venture has awarded the Rs. 300 crore worth contract to the L&T. Ajay Aggarwal, the Managing Director of Microtek Infrastructures, said that they are developing this Gurgaon Housing Project consisting 716 units. This project’s construction has begun and they expected that they will be able to deliver this project in early 2017.

The expense of this Housing project in Gurgaon is approximated at Rs. 450 to 500 crore. Mr. Aggarwal also said that the same expense would be funded through the bank loans and internal accruals. Aggarwal said the organization has restricted in development major L&T to execute this task. He also added that the agreement with L&T was worth Rs 300 crore. They were utilizing aluminum covering innovation as a part of this venture for durability and smooth structures.
