Sore Male Organ Prevention and Treatment

The result of a weekend of athletic sensual activity may be a happy but very sore male organ. Practicing prevention steps can help avoid some of that manhood soreness.

It's a given that a man is occasionally going to experience a sore male organ throughout his lifetime; there's no 100% effective prevention tip available to ensure that there will never be soreness, especially after a night of rough or especially vigorous sensual activity. Common, everyday manhood soreness is a small price to pay now and then for the joy that one experiences during such sensual encounters; however, taking steps to practice appropriate male organ health, and to avoid instances that can cause more serious member soreness, can help to keep one's manhood both happy and free from pain.

What causes a sore male organ?
There can be any number of reasons that a man's member becomes sore or raw. For example:

Weather-related issues. Ever visit a clothing-optional beach? Exposing a tool that is accustomed to being kept in a dark place to tons of direct sunlight can definitely cause soreness. However, even a well-covered member can have negative reactions to extremes in weather. An especially hot day can lead to even more sweat accumulation in the crotch than usual, causing itchiness and irritation. During the winter, frigid winds blow through clothing and can cause chapping and dryness of the tool, leading to tenderness.

Male organ injury. In films, an actor getting hit in the male organ area with a speeding baseball is a cause for laughs; in real life, as men know all too well, a swift blow to the manhood can result in significant pain and soreness. Direct manhood injuries of this sort are usually due to accidents such as that just described; however, sometimes a man can suffer male organ injury and subsequent soreness during sensual activity. It's rare, but occasionally a man will thrust too vigorously and at an unfortunate angle so that his manhood hits a rather solid obstacle. In some cases, actual fracturing can occur; in most cases, it's more a matter of bruising and transient pain.

Clothing concerns. What a guy wears can have an impact on how his male organ feels. Wearing underwear or trousers that are too rough can cause the member skin to become chafed. Clothing that is washed in a harsh detergent may spread chemicals onto the tool that cause irritation and rawness. Clothing that is too tight in the member area can intensify the likelihood of soreness.

Sensual friction. Some friction in sensual activity is good; an appropriate degree is what stimulates the manhood on its path to a glorious release. However, the nerves in the member are extremely sensitive; too much friction can overload them, leading to an organ that is so tender that the slightest touch produces pain. Unfortunately, men often don't realize that they are subjectng the manhood to too much friction until it is too late.

Sensual friction can occur whether one is self-pleasuring or engaging in coupling. When self-pleasuring, it may occur whether one is going for a "quickie" or indulging oneself in a session that lasts for a long time. When concentrating on shooting a load as quickly as possible, a man is likely to rub the tool especially roughly or with an exceptionally tight grip; both of these can cause too much friction. When spreading the experience out over a long period of time, the sheer amount of time spent fondling the manhood may result in excess friction. In addition, of course, neglecting to use a sufficient amount of lubricant or self-pleasuring with a heavily-calloused hand can also create frictional situations. Excess friction while coupling tends to be related to a lack of sufficient lubrication.

Clearly, prevention is key to avoiding a sore male organ. In addition to wearing soft clothes, avoiding extremes of weather and using abundant lubrication, a man can also regularly apply a top-drawer male organ health crème (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil) to his member. A crème with a combination of a high-end emollient (such as Shea butter) and a natural hydrator (such as vitamin E) can provide moisturizing relief to a sore male organ. In addition, one that is rich in vitamins C and D can help strengthen the skin for greater resilience against friction.
