Market Manager
U.S. Lawns St. Clair Shores is looking for a market manager who will be responsible for:
• Lead generation
• Management of telemarketing programs
• E-mail marketing
• Networking with local and regional trade organizations
The applicant should possess the following:
• Knowledge of the local market
• Business-to-business sales experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Microsoft Excel skills
If hired, the applicant should be willing to travel for work and work in flexible hours.
Operations Manager
The position requires management of customer relationships, employee, safety, and finances of the crew. The operations manager should draft and review the budget for labor and equipment, and will manage all purchases. They also meet with customers to negotiate maintenance and remedial budgets.
The manager oversees the recruitment program, employee training, and crew performance. Additionally, they conduct regular safety meetings.
Crew Leader
The crew leader is mainly responsible for making sure the company meets its clients’ needs. Along with the rest of the crew, the leader inspects the site and proposes solutions for potential liabilities.
The leader is also obliged to train crew members, evaluate their performance, assign their tasks, and conduct weekly safety meetings with the team.
Requirements for this position are:
• Literacy skills
• English and/or Spanish language proficiency
• State driver’s license appropriate for the company’s vehicle
• Driving records adhering to company standards

Gardener
A gardener working with U.S. Lawns is expected to:
• Clear the grounds before mowing
• Attend tailgate meetings
• Use safety equipment when necessary
• Volunteer for new projects
Candidates for this position must be willing to be exposed to wet and humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes, chemicals, and outside weather conditions on the job. Once hired, candidates should become certified in using equipment such as the 21” mower and riding mower. Gardeners report directly to the foreman.
