Like a lot of shooters, my passion began for competing in high college, but unlike many, I had the chance to join the rifle group and was introduced into small bore and high energy competition rather early.

Years later, soon after some competitive shooting within the Marine Corps, I located my accurate competitive adore while watching a shooting video in the top rated United states of america Sensible Shooting Association shooters.

Practical shooting started decades prior to inside the form of leatherslap competitions, exactly where the shooters focused on quickly drawing defensive firearms from their holsters. The original informal competitions became governed by the USPSA as well as the International Sensible Shooting Confederation. The sports became known as “practical shooting,” along with the shooting and gear evolved at an extremely rapidly price.

Sensible shooting has been in my blood for more than 20 years now, and I've competed in each USPSA and IDPA, also as other variations of steel or sensible kind competitions.
