For an outsider, the annual event that the team at L’ATTITUDE hosts can seem to be nothing but merely a social gathering. Yet, this team is adamant that it is far more than an event. What this event is though is the largest single gathering of the group that makes out the New Mainstream Americans who play a vital role in sustaining and expanding the national economy.

“It is the kind of gathering where our team manages to get the most important role players in a range of relevant fields. We have representatives from the world of entrepreneurs, investors, politicians, the entertainment industry, businesses, and influencers. The team is also all for the promotion of women in the workplace and this year’s event showcased a wide selection of female speakers who are all powerhouses, making their mark in a world where they had to overcome numerous challenges related to their ethnicity and gender.

She then expands on how the event is also about creating awareness for the contribution that the minority group is making. It is often the case that there is a massive ignorance over what they are achieving. It is generally the case that once people become more aware of how Latino businesses are making a difference and the massive buying power they bring to the US economy, there is a more open approach to instilling fairness and opportunity and many more office environments. “This is what we’ve set out to achieve, equality and fair chances for all,” Trujillo concludes.
