On the 25th of March, Good Friday, the hotel offers the Seafood Luncheon in the Boatshed. The Boatshed restaurant, a wood-furnished gastro-pub featuring a two-metre grill as its centrepiece, serves a four course luncheon designed by Executive Chef Vesi Seng. Moet champagne accompanies the menu, which consists of:

• An amuse bouche of chilled prawn cocktail, Marie Rose salmon, cos lettuce and lemon
• An entrée of seafood assiette
• The main course of an alternate drop of crisp skinned barramundi or seared Tasmanian salmon
• The Easter chocolate trio: caramelita triangle, caramel milk chocolate and white chocolate mousse

The Seafood Luncheon begins at 11:30 am, for $150/person.

On Easter Sunday, the Street Café and Merle’s Bar serves hot cross buns, Nutella chocolate bunnies and Easter pavlova cocktails. UpMarket Sunday provides guests with live music, an exclusive Ketel Bloody Mary cart, cold pitchers of fruity Pimms and a premier selection of market style food choices in addition to the Courtyard menu.
