A specific event’s needs can be covered by either one or multiple function rooms. This is made possible with an array of glass bifolds and soundproof sliding dividers. Guests can slide these dividers open to combine multiple spaces.

Flexibility matters when it comes to functions that involve a huge amount of people. The function rooms’ names are as follows: the Winterford Room, the Thornton Room, the Gailey Room, the Gazzard Room, the Henley Room and the Walrus Club. The Regatta Hotel also offers use of the Boatshed Restaurant for corporate breakfasts and luncheons, but it is subject to availability.

The Winterford Room tops all the rooms in terms of single-space capacity (90 cocktail, 24 banquet, 30 theatre, 16 board style). It is followed by the Thornton and the Gazzard (50, 16, 30, 10). Of course, combining multiple rooms accommodates more: combined, the Winterford, Thornton and Gailey accommodates 350 (cocktail), 80 (banquet), 100 (theatre) or 40 (board style).
