According to Kwame Safo Boateng Today we are going to discuss the importance of routines for athletes. The goal of this blog is to require you to think about you continuously for energy and performance each day during training.

A lot of people don't understand the difference between training and exercise, but I can sum it up in two words: goals and planning. Exercise you can do at any time, because all you want to do is to give the body a workout. There is no goal other than improving fitness. The aim of the training is to improve skill and fitness every single session to achieve a goal in the competition. This requires planning. The harder and more serious that goal is, the greater the level of planning and sacrifice required.
Following Routine absolutely helps you, If you want to become an elite athlete, because they have the most impact:

Sleeping Time
Sleep plays an important role in the health of all people. As we sleep each night, our bodies prepare us for the next day, repairing as necessary. Because physical improvement occurs during nighttime rest, sleep is especially important for athletes who regularly subject their bodies to strenuous physical activity. According to kwame safo Boateng, individual sports athletes sleep an average of 6.5 hours a night while team sports come in 7 hours. It also reports that individual athletes are at greater risk of taking a nap.
Diet Plan
Diet can be nutrient-dense - but if you eat 50 grams of carbs on your hardest training day, then 300 grams the next day, and 100 grams just after sugar, you're doing it wrong. Kwame safo Boateng said, “It is important that you structure your food each day to provide the right levels of micro and macro nutrients for your levels of training”.

Meal Time
Fruit and Vegetable these two important food groups together should make up half your plate or 50% of each meal. They provide carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, fiber, water, and antioxidants that serve as energy, hydration, digestion, and recovery / injury prevention. Whole grains should be prioritized in the diet because of their greater vitamin, mineral, and fiber content than refined grain products. These sources are rich in carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals and fiber that contribute substantial resources to high-intensity activity and recovery. Good nutrition can be very flexible and personal to your taste preferences and lifestyle. It begins with a combination of the above mentioned food groups, roughly in the mentioned amounts.

Daily Training
Take a rest only on Sundays and train yourself for 6 days. Set your routine based on the summer, winters and rainy season. Training can involve many different elements depending on the day, but a normal track day will start with a two lap slow motion, followed by some steady stretches, walking drills, obstacle walkovers and then some fast movements.
