Compac, The Surfaces Company is known for its exclusivity and professionalism in producing the best and more groundbreaking colours of quartz surfaces.

Quite recently, Compac released its new Kryptonite quartz installation in Milan, Italy. Compac also launched its new range of quartz ‘Genesis by Arik Levy’ in Milan at the Salone del Mobile Exhibition 2017.

Kryptonite is an interpretation of the Genesis Collection of Compac Quartz and Arik Levy’s third artistic project.

The acclaimed interior designer and artist Arik Levy presented his new creation at MULTIPLEX- Galleria Manzoni in Milan 2017.

Kryptonite consists of an innovative composite of technologically engineered Compac Quartz, and the entire Genesis collection finds inspiration from the great frozen lakes of ice of the Arctic.

Arik Levy also explored a three-pronged approach that led to the new colours for Compac’s Genesis quartz Collection. At the Theatre Manzoni, he described the three distinct areas that covered the Mind, Matter and Life; represented the base in which these new quartz products were conceived.

He also explained how this Collection of new quartz products will be suitable for a vast array of applications ranging from artistic displays to residential and commercial use.

In February 2017 in Valencia, Spain, the Quartz Rock kitchen surface covering recently created by Arik Levy took a spot on the stage set by Compac at the renowned Kitchen Show, SICI. This work included a block of quartz weighing 850kg and 3.80 meters long, 90 cm wide and 95 cm high, composed of 29 pieces of Compac Ice Black quartz. During the very same month, Compac quartz also released their latest Collection at Espacio Cocina in Spain which is dedicated to both the kitchen and bathroom trade.

In this exhibition, Arik Levy’s work acclaimed great praise with Compac Unique Calacatta which is a new reinterpretation of the famous Calacatta marble from Italy and it was presented to influential property developers and architects involved in the Interior Design arena. These new designs were Compac Ice Black, Compac Ice Orange, Compac Ice White and Compac Ice Nude, which stood apart for their innovative design and sheer expressiveness when it comes to representing Levy’s work put on to new quartz surfaces.

Further to this, Compac Ice Black from the updated Genesis Collection was the centrepiece of the Lavoe Restaurant. An eye-gorging beauty on a pitch-black background and thick white veining that is reminiscent of the frozen lakes seen in North Pole.

Arik Levy is an artist, photographer, designer and an amazing choreographer who uses a multidisciplinary artistic experience to create brilliance in the new collection for Compac Quartz. This method has resulted in the Genesis Collection, which characterises enormous visual power of the renowned Israeli artist.

With the four new designs attributed to Arik Levy, this new range of materials has completely revolutionised the commitment to a collection that is unprecedented in the field of quartz surfaces.

To accentuate the brand, Compac recently attended the A&D building in New York City. This building is very well know in the American city and named as one of the Mecca’s of design worldwide, which is a great source of inspiration in the interior design industry. At this place, it presented its new designs along with ALNO, the German furniture company founded in 1927 with several bases around the globe.

Compac presented three kitchen environments, each of which represents a unique personality. The first was the spectacular Compac Unique Calacatta quartz with grey streaks on an immaculate white background which is making waves in the industry. The second presented display was Compac Ice Zement and last but not least, they unveiled Compac Dark Concrete quartz that found inspiration from real concrete and cement materials but with great performance in terms of having a very low maintenance and no requirement for sealing of the surfaces when compared to the two popular building materials. Compac Ice White from the Genesis Collection was the final showstopper designed by Arik Levy.

In January, Compac also presented Unique Calacatta quartz and the Genesis by Arik Levy at the Kitchen and Bath Industry Show in Orlando, USA.
