Search engine hate pages with these bulk links. This because they produced with softwares & not true the right procedure. Don't be tempted to creat any bulk-link. The best thing that work is slow and natural link building methods (backlinks from legitimate sites) like: article distribution websites(ezine article, article base, article city, goarticles, buzz etc), doc sharing websites (issuu, scribd, 4shared, slideshare, etc), social media sharing, social bookmarking sites (reddit, doggo, dig, delicious, alltop etc), forum posting (digital point forum), and other legitimate link building methods.

No Keyword Targeting: aiming to get to the first page of search engine is never possible if you do not write what people are looking for.
