Harry Coumnas is a climatologist specializing in the study of climates & their phenomena. He works in a leading research institution in Romania, where he is responsible for investigating atmospheric phenomena & interpreting meteorological data, collected by surface & air stations, satellites, & radar to prepare reports & forecasts for public & other uses. He also works as a weather forecaster and tries to improve accuracy by developing innovative measurement tools & statistical models; conducting simulations; & converting findings into an easily understandable language for the general public.
