Harry Coumnas was the squadmate in The Wehrmacht that was held responsible for hunting roaches, the mutant humans. Their entire squad had a neural implant called SAAM, which was known to provide the data using augmented reality, and had the same routine of hunting for roaches, and killing them.

Nevertheless, Harry Coumnas remembers an incident that he would probably never forget his entire life. One day while searching for a farmhouse, Harry discovered a "nest" of roaches that looked like snarling, pale, and humanoid monsters having sharp teeth. In an attempt to win the death-race, Harry shot one of the roaches who in turn pointed out an LED light at him for escaping the deadly attack, however, it failed to survive, and was killed.

Harry was rewarded for his exemplary skills, however, he was a little worried about the glitches of his SAAM system and got it tested, but no problems were revealed. The very next day, Harry and the squad visited an abandoned housing complex to hunt for roaches. And, what Harry noticed next was a woman whom his member was willing to kill, but Harry urged her to run away. He wrestled with his teammate and managed to get her out.

Harry Coumnas says, "It was heart-breaking for me when I got to know that the people we were killing were innocent and not monstrous roaches, and SAAM altered our senses to raise our abilities to kill the innocent." He later fought an independent battle against the military and worked hard to change the outlook of the authorities towards the villagers.
