Paul Panaikas is a US Army veteran with a number of awards to his name. He is highly qualified and completed his studies from some of the most prestigious educational institutions in the country. In October 2004, he did a diploma of Human Resources from the Army Education Center, Ft. Jackson, SC. In October 2007, he completed a diploma in Account Management from the Army Education Center, Ft. Jackson, SC. In July 2008, he completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Fisher College, Boston, MA. In October 2010, he did a diploma in Master Resilience Trainer from U Penn/Army Education Center, Ft. Jackson, SC. Paul is currently pursuing his Masters in Human Services Counseling-Military Resilience from Liberty University, Lynchburg, VA.
Paul Panaikas joined the United States Army National Guard on February 4, 1993 at the age of 19. In July 1993, after completion of his basic training at Fort Leonard wood, Missouri, he joined the X- Ray Specialist Program at Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio, Texas. After his graduation, Paul was shifted to Fort Eustis, Virginia where he completed his training. Later, he was appointed at various positions in CA, RI and WA as a soldier.

Paul Panaikas the state Resilience Coordinator/Sate Yellow Ribbon Coordinator for the RI Army National Guard since 2011/2015. He manages, coordinates, as well as conducts resilience training for Master Resilience Trainers, Resilience Trainer Assistants, and Soldiers of Rhode Island Army National Guard. He is the recipient of many awards including NCO of the year, Commandant’s List, and Army Physical Fitness Badge. He is a graduate in Business Management from Fisher College, and has also received his Associates in Science degree from the same college. Paul is currently pursuing his Master’s Degree from Liberty University.
