The High Holy Days, also called the Days of Awe, is a time for us to look inward, outward and upward: inward to our conscience – what needs to change this year; outward to the world – how does our inner change impact the repair of God’s world; and upward to God who inspires, demands, cajoles, and waits patiently for our return. There is no better place to spend the High Holy Days than here. Our service in the David J. Moskowitz Sanctuary features Cantor Shifman and the B'nai Jeshurun choir. Our service next door, at Gross Schechter Day School, offers a more intimate setting without a choir. Throughout the building, there are services for children of every age, families, teens and young adults. Whether you are inspired by the music, moved by the rabbi’s words, or awed by the power of community, you will find a place here.
