Joe Malvasio discusses the viability of CRE investment amidst the potential recession period

Joe Malvasio also suggested bridge loan and hard money loan financing options to fund a commercial real estate deal, stressing the importance of closing the deal as quickly as possible to avoid missing out on opportunities available in different CRE markets.
“Commercial investors can use private loans like hard money loans to finance their commercial real estate purchases. It will allow them to capitalize on profitable deals available in the market without going through long processing times and dealing with stringent conditions that come with conventional financing.” Joe Malvasio added.
