According to our research, 70% of ethical hackers have discovered a vulnerability on a company's website but have been unable to disclose it since there is no clear way to do so (such as a Vulnerability Disclosure Policy.) Fortunately, 88 per cent of employees surveyed still take efforts to notify the organization about security risks, although only about two-thirds of reports (68 per cent) are successfully submitted.
