Mr. Harpreet Singh draws attention to a report by one of the reputed global management consultants, which predicts that the number of middle income households earningbetween Rs.2 lakh and Rs.10 lakh will be 14.7 crore by 2030.

“The middle income group will certainly have a dramatic effect on countrywide demand,” he says. When we see examples of Imperia’s work—from those in the Mohan Coperative Industrial Estate on Mathura Road to other developing parts of Delhi NCR—it is hard to imagine the company as a provider of middle class options. “We have a gamut of options,” says Mr. Harpreet Singh. “It depends on your choice and convenience.”
