Langford, regional sales director of home owners warranty insurance company Professional Warranty Service Corporation (PWC), was appointed as a 2013 officer of the Home Builders Association of Virginia (HBAV) on June 26 at The Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront in Virginia Beach, Va. HBAV is a statewide trade association that protects and enhances the interests of the home building industry before state and federal lawmakers and regulators. The organization is comprised of more than 4,000 member firms.

Langford, of Richmond, Va., was elected vice president/secretary of HBAV. Since 2002, he has been an associate member of the Home Builders Association of Richmond (HBAR). In 2009 he was named HBAR’s Member of the Year and inducted into the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Society of Honored Associates a year later. He was also named the NAHB Associate of the Year in 2011.

In addition to Langford’s induction, PWC also recently appointed eight regional vice presidents.
