Ilias Atwani is currently working for a leading name in the mining industry. The company dominates the landscape just like the Inukshuk does. The majestic look of the Inukshuk has guided this well-known mining company on the path to sustainable resource development, with respect for people and nature, as it previously guided northern people to the resources needed to overcome the barriers of these vast territories. The company combines authenticity and modernity and for this reason, it was also chosen as the winner of the 2016 grand prize.
Ilias Atwani believes that this company is going to be a symbol of pride, accomplishment, and commitment for years to come and is one proud employee.
Ilias is a Laval University graduate who has completed his course in Mining and Mineral Engineering. He likes to spend his free time hiking and traveling. He also enjoys playing games like tennis, soccer, and more.
