Well versed with the wing level planning and execution of drug demand reduction program, Heather McSparron served as Drug Demand Reduction Officer at Civil Air Patrol. She ensured that drug demand strategy was being taught at all the wing encampments. She considered it her sole responsibility to coordinate and implement drug prevention, treatment and rehabilitation programme activities.

Regarding her professional career as a buyer, Heather McSparron has been serving in DynCorp International since 2012. Working as a buyer at DynCorp International at Melbourne from 2012-2015, Heather prepared and solicited the quotes to the selected brokers. She also provided OEM or FAA approved repair facilities for aircraft and non-aircraft new and repair parts. While working in Kabul, she prepared and solicited the quotes to the local suppliers for the materials and services. She reviewed the items for orders and for the possibility of procuring more locally.

During her leisure time, Heather McSparron loves to do anything outdoor that includes fishing, camping, decorating house, painting and yard work. Currently, she lives in Florida, but she is planning to move back west for a daily mountain view. Besides, she is quite fond of crocheting and creating databases for work to streamline processes.

Pertaining to her education credentials, Heather McSparron is currently studying at Purdue University Global where she is pursuing Bachelors in Business Management. She also attended Everest University for 2 years while working and transferred the credits to Purdue. Thereafter, she started her online courses in Iraq.
