• For clients with psychological injuries such as: post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression, anxiety, adjustment difficulties, etc from accidents or other human actions such: as detention, miscarriage of justices (Court System, Social Services, etc), corporate or professional negligence, bullying and harassment, etc. Where ever psychological injury has occurred, there is a place for psycho-legal assessment and intervention.
• Cases within Injury Claims, Immigration, employment law, Housing Law, and Family Law.
• Cases outside the above remits may also be covered.
Discounts
• Brief psycho-legal assessment and report: Reduced from fixed fee of £450 to negotiable £350 to £450. *your firm may make an offer between this range and we may accept it as the fixed fee with annual review to keep the same or to increase.
• Comprehensive psycho-legal assessment and report: Reduced from fixed fee of £950 to £700 fixed fee. The fee covers all the activities under Brief psycho-legal assessment and report, as well as additional work such as: screening of memory functioning (if appropriate), interview with one or two family members for social and emotional impacts, professional opinion from the client's country of origin, prognosis and treatment planning, and peer review of the report with the reviewer's comments forming part of the report.
• Psychological therapy, especially cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) or clinical psychology intervention: Reduced from fixed £250 per session to£150 per session fixed fee.
