During this consultancy project, Global Manager Group has guided them throughout the system implementation, training as well as prepared documents like Quality manual, procedures, SOPs, audit checklists and more and submitted to Unicam Industries as per requirements. During ISO 9001 consultancy project, QMS awareness and ISO 9001 auditor training for all departments are provided. After successfully audited by the TUV-Nord auditors, the organization got registered for ISO 9001:2015 certification.
