The Gigi method has launched yet another innovative and skill enhance workshop on mental toughness to develop focus in important tie breaker situations where chances of loosing point are high. Gigi, a gold winning champion, who trains and coaches emerging players to win points at crucial time in the tennis game will support you on becoming a better player.

In this workshop the sole reason is to overpower your competitors in physical fitness but with mental dominance so that it keeps on adding to your experience on dominant performances. Gigi has designed the courses to get you ready for the challenging games so that you can work on how to remain calm and dominate your competitors in depth matches. Gigi will share how your mental toughness can help you recover from stress and your energy can be capitalize on losing the important game and come back strong with full force.
We will give stress on below mentioned seven pillars of the mental toughness in tennis.

4. Match Mentality and Routines - How to adjust your mindset for match play. By stressing on your strategy and executing your plans.

6. Triggers Word - What they are and why they are the key to execution, every time you speak to yourself while on the court and during practice.
