Because Irish cleaning company Naked Cleaners Ireland are on the hunt for a new band of naked cleaners to join their team!
The founder of the “Ireland’s leading naked cleaning service”, spoke to us about the climb in demand for her organisation’s nude cleaning services.
“We are quite blessed how much positive feedback and support we have received for what we do.”
The Naked cleaning company already boasts the services of 500 staff reading to go to work when the website goes live in Feb 2020, They are more than happy to strip down before scrubbing a strangers’ dirty floor.
Sex work campaigners have previously warned about nude cleaning companies being a thinly-veiled way to exploit women. But this company claims to be different.
“We do not represent or provide sexual services and our naked and full-clothes cleaning services in Ireland should not be treated as a sexual experience,” it says on its FAQs.
The owner revealed that their organisation were actively seeking staff across Ireland, stating: “We are a Irish-wide organisation and we recruit our naked cleaners in every region including Northern Ireland.”
So what does being a naked cleaner require?
The founder described the type of naked cleaner they’re looking for.
“We are looking for body confident people, who enjoy being naked and have previous nude experience in their lives.”
It’s not just about appearances however. The company are also looking for employees with a “nice personality and good English skills.”
Applicants of both sexes are welcome but must be aged 21 or over, with prior experience in the cleaning industry also preferable.
They also make it clear that the service is not and should not be treated as a sexual service.

A 25-year-old naked cleaner reveals what really happens in the job

"I wear normal clothes [to the job], usually just wear jeans and a hoodie.
"I ask the client to confirm that there's nobody else in the house and that they're there by themselves. And that they're not recording. I ask them what they want me to do."
A lot of time it is hoovering and dusting, but the houses are never awfully dirty. They're normally reasonably clean and just need a bit of tidying.
"So, I will tidy around a bit and do whatever they need doing. I haven't been asked to do anything odd. A lot of time, they just like talking to me.
"They're just usually normal conversations, just about life and stuff. There's nothing seedy about it - it's just nice."
