All the GEN Energy V-mount battery products are manufactured using Samsung's 3,500 mA 18650 lithium-ion batteries. GEN’s self-examination shows that all electrical parts are strictly selected from the best components through periodic testing. It also designed to protect the battery cell using only 90% of the cell capacity. Due to the nature of the lithium-ion battery, if the remaining battery charge reaches 0%, the service-life of the battery will fall dramatically. To prevent this, GEN Energy battery products are automatically cut-off with a minimum capacity of 10%.

Great features of super-save capability of GEN Energy

Gen Energy V-mount battery products have super-save capability. If the battery is not used to prevent natural discharge, the main contacts and dabs will go into sleep mode after 48 hours of suspension of use, and the USB power after 30 minutes of suspension of use.
