Gas Natural Recovery stated that, according to preliminary reports, that the new discovery may contain between 150 to 200 million barrels of oil.

Gas Natural Recovery’s exploration team will now head to the site off the coast to determine the drilling and refining process.

Gas Natural Recovery’s Chief Exploration Officer commented on the discovery saying “This is a fantastic day for us and very positive, despite what is going on currently around the world. Early indications show that the reservoirs show excellent petrophysical properties. A meticulous report will be carried out at the site and the data already gathered potentially indicates a production capacity for 6,000 barrels of oil per day.

Gas Natural Recovery will work to appraise the discovery and bring a team of exploration experts in order to start exploration process.
