A lot of people try to eat healthy. Nobody intentionally starts their day with a listing of bad foods they are going to try to consume before they collapse into bed at night.

 
The problem with healthy eating is that many people don't make an effort necessary to produce healthy meal plans for anyone away from home that may fit their lifestyles or habits.

They have to include a "plan" that features methods to steer clear of the cravings, withdrawal, and headaches that follow getting off bad foods "cold turkey ".
