First Choice Construction opened for business in the summer of 2010 after noticing that the Springfield area needed a builder with a new perspective on the Springfield construction market. We have an open book method of pricing that allows our customers to see exactly what each part of their project will cost. We update our spreadsheet at each draw so we can work together with our customer to ensure that their project costs stay under control. Nothing is more frustrating than getting a $50,000 bill at the end of a project for over runs, when a lot of times an unsuspecting customer is not aware of until they are sitting at the closing table. We make sure that you know where you are, at every phase of the project, so we can make adjustments when needed to keep costs under control.
