Why is the stress level so high in the Romanian companies?

Why do the employees become demotivated in more and more companies, every day? The study was done by Evolution HCC on the HR market in Romania.

 
The number of specialized people in the Human Resources field compared to the number of active persons in the workforce is much lower in Romania than in most of the developed countries in the European Union. This is the conclusion of a study performed by Evolution HCC, which has analyzed the national data and has compared it to the one in the European statistics. Staff shortages are seen in some of the most dynamic economic areas / counties and is predominant in the areas such as Recruitment, Motivation / Retention and Staff assessment.

For example, in one of Europe's largest economically developed countries- Germany- for every 100 active people in the workforce, there are, on average, 2.4 persons dealing strictly with motivation and recruitment, without taking into account the number of those who manage payroll activities. In Romania the average is less than 1 person for the same number of employees.

"The need for more specialised resources in the Human Resources field is obvious. It is necessary and even vital to balance the situation in Romania in order to increase the performance and to reduce the stress level in the companies. This is one of the major problems of our century. The analysis of the specialists in human resources shows a huge difference between counties. The dynamic IT sector and the presence of foreign companies in areas like Cluj-Napoca and Timisoara have visibly influenced the market.
