FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Wollongong, New South Wales, Australia (February 19, 2014) - A non-profit organisation in New South Wales, Australia is looking to change fundraising techniques in order to help women in domestic violence situations. One in four women are either experiencing domestic violence currently or have been a victim of domestic violence at sometime in their life. Now the Loving Heart Foundation Australia is looking to fundraise in order to purchase Fountaindale Grand Manor.

Located in the Southern Highlands south of Sydney, owning Fountaindale Grand Manor would allow the Loving Heart Foundation Australia to rent the venue out to others who live in the area for debutant parties, corporate events, weddings, and more. Most importantly, having the Loving Heart Foundation Australia own this property would allow them to host their own fundraisers and black-tie events easily, which means more money towards the foundation. The profits that will be made from owning Fountaindale will be used for setting up self-contained apartments in secret locations for women and their children of domestic violence to stay in. The profits raised will allow the Loving Heart Foundation Australia will be able to put in place their mission and further add to the services that the women will have access to.

The project called Help Us Help Women, Children and Family Pets Leave Situations of Domestic Violenceis currently raising funds on Indiegogo.Domestic violence affects so many women around the world and often times women stay with their partners because they do not know where to turn. Not only does domestic violence affect women, but also their children and pets. About 80 percent of women and 60 percent of children reported seeing violence towards animals when they come from a home with domestic abuse.

By raising money to purchase Fountaindale Grand Manor, Loving Heart Foundation Australia has a better chance at having a steady income for their privatefoundation and a better chance of serving women in the community with the accommodation they plan for women, children and animals to go when being abused by their partner.

Currently the property is for sale for AUD $3 million and needs about AUD $500,000 worth of renovations, upgrades, and additions to make the venue successful. Loving Heart Foundation Australia is looking to raise AUD $2 million to purchase the manor and start renovations. On the Indiegogo campaign, donors have options to select different perk levels depending on their contribution amount.

The fundraiser on Indiegogo goes until March 26, 2014 and the Loving Heart Foundation Australia is looking for help from people all around the world.
