To lose weight - you must take action. You have a MAP to your goal now, but are you on the road? Take ACTION! Today! As you start to see changes on your scale, you will feel better each and every day. Now, continue to create healthy and easy habits in your life that will create regular weight loss:
* Add 20 minutes of resistance training, 2 days a week
* Increase your morning and afternoon walk to 30 minutes each
* Make it easy to choose healthy snacks: Put washed fruits and cut veggies at eye level in the frig
* Increase your daily water intake to Half Your Weight in Ounces (So, if you weigh 150 lbs, you would drink 75 ounces of water a day!)
