“We are very happy with the change of entity and name of the company. We had started as OVS which stands for Online VoIP Solutions in the year 2007. We were one of the pioneer VoIP solution providers in this industry. Then, we registered Elision Technolab LLP. We had migrated OVS in Elision Technolab LLP. Since then, we have been catering to the customers of OVS and Elision Technolab LLP. Now, we have taken the next step and registered our company as a Private Limited company. Elision Technolab LLP is still there, but we are now shifting customers to the new company name, which is Elision Technologies Pvt. Ltd. It means now onwards billing of customers will be done from Elision Technologies Pvt. Ltd”, shared spokesperson of the company.

As per the shared details, this change in name will not affect the customers or services they are receiving. Furthermore, it will not create any hiccups for the services received by customers. All the formalities of change of the company name and billing process will be performed by the team Elision behind the scene without any inconvenience to customers.
