Just like any other type of musical instrument, there is a wide range of electronic Teclado Musical available in the market. The electronic form of music took the industry with a storm, and with it came with a plethora of instruments to explore the genre. More so, people like them because they are portable and also easier to learn. In guitars, there was the rise of the Guitarra Ibanez. In pianos, there came the keyboards. To pick the right one for you, you need to understand the various types that are out there. Here are some of them.

1. Beginner Keyboard

These are designed with the new user in mind. They range from two to four octaves and generally offer a limited selection of the digitized instrument sounds for a variety of entertainment. Beginner keyboards do not have the weighted keyboards like the ones in real acoustic pianos since the keys are plastic rather than ivory.

2. Digital Piano

These pianos tend to cap through the spectrum of all electronic keyboards. The Grand piano keyboards mimic the external appearance of the traditional grand piano but lack the internal strings and hammers. Digital pianos like the Roland Go Keys do not deliver the acoustic sounds. The computer chips inside it store recordings and release them through amplified speakers when the pianist presses them.

3. Arranger

The arranger keyboards offer a variety of libraries containing accompaniment tracks for almost every music genre, reggae, indie rock, country, trance; you name it. It breaks away from the simplistic nature of the beginner keyboards. They are the perfect choice for solo artists who aim to give their performance an illusion of a one-person band. They usually come with voice back-up capabilities.

4. Synthesizer

From the word synthesize, which means creating something new, synthesizers offer a way to produce human-made digital sounds. An instrument like the Roland Fantom may look like the conventional keyboard, but its functionality is entirely different. Artists use them to create exotic sounds that regular standard keyboards cannot produce, using either analog or digital signal processing.

There are many more categories of the keyboards, such as a digital workstation, the organ, and the hybrid. When looking for a speaker to amplify your sound when you go on your gigs, the Mackie Thump 12A should be one of them for that quality crisp sound.
