Unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC)
PVC is used as a solvent cement jointing system, it is contrasted in mass with steel or iron for drinking-water, but it is a lot lighter and it is not suffering the same problem of corrosion internally or externally as does galvanize steel.
