Dabung Girl is an award winning superhero comic book series that focuses on gender empowerment, inclusion and diversity. Dabung Girl is witty, she is fearless, she is inclusive! She inspires girls to find the hero within, and boys to perceive the superhero in girls around them. However, unlike other superheroes, who come and save the day, Dabung Girl encourages children to find the solutions! Created by Saurabh Agarwal, Dabung Girl and SuperAvni Superheroes are an effort to increase their awareness about social issues among children and young adults. A group of educators along with Saurabh have come together to make this a reality.

Dabung Girl recently won best emerging comic book series award at CABM 2021 awards by AnimationXpress. SuperAvni’s comic book on Cyber Bullying (SuperAvni and the Invisible Challenge) won the best comic book of the year at the same awards. Dabung Girl also won an award for child protection community campaign at SM4E 2021 Awards by Digital Empowerment Foundation.
