It is known for its remedy for nausea, intestinal cramps, pain, inflammation, nausea, motion sickness, morning sickness, dizziness, and even arthritis. Various studies have shown that ginger contains antibacterial properties that help digestion, by killing harmful intestinal bacteria, without killing beneficial bacteria. Ginger also helps lower cholesterol levels by converting cholesterol into bile, therefore it can be taken out from the body safely. Many men and women use ginger to lose weight but actually what they're doing is lowering their cholesterol, detoxing negative radicals in their own bodies or simply to maintaining a healthy body.

Ginger can be prepared like tea, beer, ale, broth and as a spice for soups and lots of Asian food dishes. Many men and women dislike ginger because it has a slightly light spiciness based on the kind and range. Ginger is not suggested for kids and should not be consumed more than 4 grams every day. There aren't side effects but you will find reports of heartburn.

The way to Prepare Ginger Tea: Ginger tea is often made so people may treat cough, colds, and flus symptoms. To make ginger tea simply place 1 to 2 tbsp of fresh spoonful or chopped ginger 4 to 5 cups of water in a pot to boil. Let it simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes. Strain the ginger. Then add 2 tablespoons of honey and lemon juice to taste.
