Colin John Latham is a fitness savvy who believes in real and long lasting changes. Exercise, nutrition, and the right mindset is the trio-formula that leads to a vibrant productive and full life for anyone who focuses on being the best they can be. His mission is to advance the quality of everyone’s lifestyle. He believes that it is his life’s agenda to unlock the true potential through health nutrition, and fitness. Colin John Latham includes sports and training all together. His training regime involves strength training like pilates and meditation. As far as strength is concerned, he performs 2-3 total body strength training session per week, and this varies from lower volume, higher intensity session and higher volume, low to moderate intensity sessions.

Colin John Latham has a lengthy history of involvement in AFL having represented Tasmania at school boy (under 16) level before playing with the now defunct Hobart Tigers in the Statewide League, then various teams in different leagues up until 2010. He was also involved in game day coaching of the Tassie Devils VFL team from 2003-2006. Colin is fitness savvy and has competed in Olympic Distance Triathlon in Melbourne, Sydney, Noosa, Gold Coast, and Fiji with a best time of 2 hours and 12 minutes. He has also competed in Open Water Swimming Events at Lorne, Torquam, Williamstown, St. Kilda, Brighton, Mt. Martha, Portsea, and multiple times on Australia’s Sunshine Coast and International Distance upto 2.5 km.

About Colin John Latham

Colin John Latham is an Enterprise Risk Management and fitness professional who attended the St. Virgil’ College. He was also the elicit member of the Student Council in the Hobart University, from 1984 – 1987.

Colin does a lot of Charity and considers supporting his community his social responsibility. To work for the cause he annually participates at “Murray to Moyne” 24 hours cycling event to raise money for the hospitals.
