1. Stretching must be done when the aluminum alloy profile is cooled to below 50 degrees before it can be moved to the stretching frame for stretching. If the temperature is too high, stretching will burn the human body and the tops, and because the aluminum alloy cannot be eliminated The internal stress of the profile shows twists and turns, twisting, and poor function before and after aging.

   2. The stretch amount is controlled at 1%, and it should be noted that too high stretch amount will cause head-to-tail scale error, the appearance of water-like twist (fish scale) marks, low elongation, high hardness and brittleness (low plasticity). Too low a stretch will lower the compressive strength and hardness of the profile, and even the aging (quenching) will not increase the hardness. The profile is easy to curve and bend (commonly known as large knife bending).

   3. In order to control the amount of tensile deformation and very good control of the change in the size of the entire profile, a suitable special pad and a suitable method should be selected. In particular, opening materials, arc materials, cantilever materials, and zigzag shapes should pay attention to the reasonable and useful application of stretch pads.

4. Pay attention to the force of the small feet, thin teeth, long legs, arcs, inclined surfaces, openings, viewpoints, etc. of profiles with high width-to-thickness ratio, long overhangs, large arcs, large and small wall thickness, and strange shapes. In order to avoid defects such as partial or point-shaped deformation, twisting, and spiraling of the profile.

5. Due to the heat-blocking effect of the top, the aluminum profile shell with high decorative appearance must be turned up and down to facilitate uniform heat dissipation and reduce the lateral bright spots caused by uneven crystallinity due to uneven heat dissipation, especially large Wide-surface, thick-walled aluminum profile shell should pay more attention.

   6. Do not rub, pull, stack, congest, or entangle with each other in the process of retrieving, moving and stretching, and reserve a certain interval between each other. Aluminum alloy profiles that are prone to twists and turns and have long or short discharge lengths should be disposed of in a timely manner, and if necessary, be maintained and disposed between each other.

The processing technology of aluminum profile shell is to place the activated plated parts in the aqueous solution of common salt and hydrochloric acid for chemical treatment; it can be processed into various types of bright aluminum, color, black and other series of aluminum profile shell products.
