C Horton Investment’s new acquisition is located in Nariman Point, Mumbai’s Central Business District, where a large number of global companies and global financial institutions are based.

This is the second investment C Horton Investment have made in India, with the first being a small office in Bangalore’s Central Business District on the prestigious Mahatma Gandhi Road back in 2017.

C Horton Investment’s Chief Investment Officer commented on the Indian property investment saying “During these hard economic times, as much as we don’t like to see businesses suffer, and unfortunately some have not managed to survive this pandemic. However, our team in India have highlighted several opportunities and we have taken advantage of it.”
