Booth & Partners itself occupies part of the space in Arch Office, a Seattle-inspired office environment located in no other than the penthouse of the Citibank Tower in Makati. Booth & Partners’ location at the heart of the Makati central business district makes it the perfect space for BPO companies of all types and sizes.
As an outsourcing company, Booth & Partners makes it their business to provide clients with an inventive work environment that has all the technology and IT infrastructure needed by BPO firms. For BPO employees, there’s added motivation to come to work every day when your office has a funky vibe to it.
As such, Booth & Partners founders, Jamie Booth and Carmen del Rosario Booth, took a lot of elements and principles from office environments in Seattle and integrated those into their Makati office. The Booth husband-and-wife team did a lot of conceptualizing and planning about the design, layout, and aesthetics of the office.
There are no standard, enclosed cubicles or painted-white walls in Booth & Partners’ office space. Instead, Booth & Partners makes use of the sprawling floor area to set up work spaces that promote a collaborative culture and a sense of community.
The hues are a mix of earthy and more radiant colors that work well in brightening everyone’s spirit. There’s also a common room that’s fitted with cozy office furniture where people can come and go during their break time or when they want to step away from work momentarily.
